Technical Site Assessments

In order to provide our clients with the proper information about the renewable energy system which will best meet their needs, the preliminary requirement is to know their energy consumption.

There are four ways in which the client can provide us with this information:

• he can submit an electrical plan (if the building is not yet constructed),
• provide us with an electric utility bill,
• fill out an energy sizer sheet which we provide,
• or have our engineering team go to their location and execute a technical analysis (please contact the Pro Solar office for pricing information).

This analysis involves a careful assessment of the physical layout of the site and the current or potential energy consumption of the client. The cost of this service will be waived upon the client’s confirmation of the project. 

Complete System Design

After our Engineering Unit has adequately assessed your energy needs, we employ the information collected to develop a renewable energy system design that will best meet those needs.

Our collective experience and knowledge in this field helps us to design the most suitable system for each unique client.

Complete System Installation

If a client decides to go with the quotation and the system we have designed, our technical crew proceeds to install the system and ensure that it is left fully functioning. The installation duration is usually 3 to 6 days, depending on system size and complexity. Thereafter, the client is given a training on how to maintain and take care of  their system. All designed systems are covered by a warranty; our Tesla Lithium Powerwall systems, for instance are covered by a 10 year warranty, while other systems using lead acid batteries are covered by a 5 year warranty.

Preventative System Maintenance

After the installation of a system, we also offer a preventative maintenance service which ensures the longevity and up-keep of the system to perform efficiently. This service includes complete inspection of the system components along with annual preventative maintenance and system monitoring by our experienced team. All systems come with a either a 5 or 10 year warranty (based on the type designed) and include free maintenance service during the first year.

System Servicing & Repairs

We stand behind our products & systems and can have a crew available to assist our clients in the event that something goes wrong with their system. The servicing and repairs package includes the repairing, replacing or reprogramming of any damaged system components. In accordance with our  warranty clause, we provide free system servicing during the first year.

Inverter Type Air Conditioner

Pro Solar offers Lennox inverter-type air conditioners with a range of sizes suitable for small, medium, and large households as well as large commercial buildings such as offices, resorts, or conference rooms. Lennox’s inverter-type technology helps to regulate motor speed and eliminates wasting energy, using 3 to 4 times less electricity than non-inverter type air conditioners.
