Customers have 7 days to ask for a refund for a physical product that meets the below conditions:

• Products Must be returned in its original packaging
• Product must not be used, damaged or tampered with
• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions above are not met.  Products bought on sale terms are not eligible for refunds. Products can be exchanged with other products and differences in cost settled if the product meets the above conditions.

We do not issue refunds for digital products (assessment reports) once the order is confirmed and the product is sent and the client does not accept the proposal provided.
